The documented fix did not ship cleanly. Hreflang is unchanged on 100% of the sample. Schema was patched on 2 of 3 URLs by injecting a second, conflicting Article block rather than replacing the broken one — creating a worse state than before on those pages.

Correct @id, has dateModified. But it was appended, not swapped in.

Result: Google receives two Article entities for one URL. This is a more common trigger for losing rich-result eligibility than the single-wrong-@id state it replaced.

Sample size: 3 of an unknown larger PH URL set — do not generalize to the full site without checking more URLs. BreadcrumbList issue was not in the original fix scope but shares the same root cause (missing /ph/ prefix) and is unfixed on all 3 sampled pages.
