The challenge

High-value, low-volume B2B leads where generic campaigns produce noise, not projects. Long consideration cycles needed a conversational channel rather than a form, and organic presence for high-intent product queries was minimal.

What I did

  • Built Meta Ads campaigns routing to WhatsApp — 1,800+ conversations at around Rp20K per result.

  • Qualified conversations at over 45% chat conversion rate.

  • Ran SEO improvements that grew organic clicks 69 → 216 and impressions 4.7K → 12.5K in two months.
